See Hear Learn

Launched in January of 2024, The See Hear Learn (LLC) was created out of the direct results of employee feedback from climate and cultural engagement surveys. Owner and CEO Korbey White noticed back in the year 2020 when civil and social unrest was at its recent peak within the United States, based on the climate surveys from many different businesses, many employees, especially those from marginalized communities felt a sense of devalued, non-acknowledgment, unseen, unheard, and thus disconnected from their place of employment. At this time Korbey White took notice of the additional comments on these surveys stating that employees of marginalized communities had a sense of fear about discussing their feelings of discontent with other co-workers nevertheless human resources. Korbey then saw the need for employees to have these uncomfortable conversations but in a voluntary, non-entity-required safe space.
